My hair is naturally wavy' curl but i want miley cyrus' hair. I have big rollers and small rollers, that i'm not experienced with. I have a flat iron but no curling iron. I do have a blow dryer, but when I do blow dry my hair my eye is dry frizzy and poofy, haha.
